Steady90 · Last updated: July 22, 2026

The short version: Steady90 has no accounts. Everything you tell the app about your habit stays on your phone. We cannot see it, sell it, or lose it, because we never have it. The one exception is your subscription receipt, which goes to Apple and to RevenueCat so the app knows you have paid.

What Steady90 collects

Nothing about your habit leaves your device. Your onboarding answers, name, streak start date, journal entries, pledge history, and settings are stored only in the app's local storage on your iPhone. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party.

The single thing that does leave your device is your subscription purchase, which is described under Purchases below. It contains no information about your habit, your answers, or your journal.

What happens if you delete the app

Deleting Steady90 removes everything you entered: your answers, streak, journal, and settings. That data exists nowhere else, so deletion is immediate and complete. Your subscription record stays with Apple and RevenueCat, which is what lets Restore Purchases work if you reinstall.

Purchases

Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your card or payment details.

To know whether your subscription is active, Steady90 uses RevenueCat, a third-party subscription service. When you subscribe or restore a purchase, RevenueCat receives the App Store transaction and stores your purchase history against a randomly generated ID that its SDK creates on your device. We do not send it your name, email address, or Apple ID, and none of your answers, streak, journal entries, or trigger history ever leave your phone. RevenueCat's own privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, they are scheduled locally on your device (daily pledge reminder, optional night guard). No push server is involved.

Analytics and tracking

Steady90 uses no analytics or advertising SDKs, no advertising identifiers, no cookies, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking. The App Tracking Transparency prompt is not shown because there is nothing to ask permission for.

The RevenueCat SDK described above is the only third-party code in the app. It is there to check subscription status and nothing else. Your purchase history is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not linked to any identity we hold.

Children

Steady90 is rated 17+ and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, of any age.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date.
