Steady90 is a self-help tool, not medical treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling, please also consider talking to a qualified professional.

1. The service

Steady90 is a subscription program that helps you build and keep a habit-change streak: a personal 90-day plan, daily pledge, milestone map, journal, and an in-the-moment urge tool. The program runs entirely on your device; no account is created.

2. Plans and billing

Steady90 is offered as an auto-renewable subscription and a one-time purchase:

Annual: $39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your Apple ID is charged the yearly price when the trial ends. The subscription then renews automatically each year.
Lifetime: $59.99 as a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It does not renew.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The annual subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies.

3. Restore

If you reinstall the app or change devices on the same Apple ID, use "Restore" on the paywall or in Settings to reactivate your purchase.

4. Acceptable use

Steady90 is for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app or misuse it in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Your data

All content you enter stays on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. Because we hold no copy of it, we cannot recover data lost when the app is deleted.

6. No guarantees

Habit change is personal work. Steady90 provides structure and tools, but results vary and are not guaranteed. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this URL. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
